A rich and indulgent twist on the classic espresso martini.
Ingredients
- 50ml Toffee Vodka
- 25ml Fresh espresso
- 20ml Coffee liqueur
- Ice
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 15–20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish
3 coffee beans or a light caramel drizzle.
