Pineapple & Banoffee Vodka Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 50ml Banoffee Vodka
- 50ml Pineapple Juice
- 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
Method:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all ingredients.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice into a rocks or highball glass.
Garnish (optional but makes it pop):
- Pineapple wedge
- Fresh mint sprig
- Light caramel drizzle for a banoffee twist
